Registration details are used to reserve your place, communicate event updates, coordinate attendance, and support event operations. Certain records may be retained for reporting, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
4. Purchases and Payment Processing
Payments are processed by the selected third-party payment processor, such as Stripe. The Block does not intend to directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own website database. The payment processor's separate terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
By default, this website uses essential cookies only. Advertising, tracking, and marketing cookies are not installed unless the administrator intentionally enables them. If nonessential tools are later enabled, we will provide a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject nonessential cookies and to update your preferences.
7. Service Providers
Registration, order, and contact information may be processed or stored using our hosting, database, email, analytics, and payment service providers. Provider names will be identified in this policy once services are connected.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods will be reviewed by the administrator before launch.
9. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach will never occur.
